About Center
The Sub-Centre of Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University at village Peth, Latur is unique of its kind within the state of Maharashtra for its origin, infrastructure, academic competency and sensitivity towards social responsibility.
The Sub-Centre was initiated in the academic year 2007-08 by the Govt. of Maharashtra on the recommendation of the management of the University and of public demand to encourage, to support and to nourish the students of Latur region in specialized courses after Graduation.

UPSC/MPSC Examination Preparation for Tribal Students.
- Sponsored by Tribal Research and Training Institute (TRTI), Pune.
- Eligibility: Any Graduate.
- Intake capacity: 25 seats (100% Seats are reserved for Tribal Students.)
- Admission Procedure: State level entrance test conducted.
- Monthly stipend: Rs.6000/- Stipend for books: Rs.6000/- for one year.
- Outcome: This training provides an opportunity to tribal students to qualify in UPSC/MPSC examination.
